Rebuilding our Communities
Brick by brick.
This property started it all. The Dels Corp. founders saw the need for affordable housing in their beautiful hometown of Mountain Home, Arkansas. The Town & Country Motor Inn was one of the city’s original motels, and decades later the newly-renovated property has the same hospitable vibe with tons of modern upgrades. The Dels features great location, fiber internet for students and work at home employees, friendly staff, and Euro-inspired eco-flats for up to two residents per unit. At The Dels, the term 'community' is alive and well. Take a dip in the property’s outdoor pool or pull up a chair and have a cookout with friends. Stroll down a couple blocks to the lively entertainment district for dinner, drinks, and music. The Dels gives you easy access to fun and relaxation in our up-and-coming city.
RIO BURRITO
Once a popular local restaurant, this building on the Mountain Home square was destroyed by fire. Left behind was a city eyesore and seemingly unusable structure. Center City Commons
Once an eyesore in the center of town, Center City Commons is now the perfect choice for traveling professionals or area residents looking for an upscale eco-living concept. These spacious, fully-furnished studios include a compact kitchen with an eco-stove, a comfortable sitting area, and high-end fixtures. Eco-living can be simple and luxurious at the same time.

Mark Bertel
Founder/CEO
El jefe, the maestro to the symphony that is The Dels Corp...Mark is on site everyday sweating with the guys and working at night in the office to make sure the next day goes smooth. The vision this man has is unmatched and the heart he has for growth and community is second to none. He always says, “people don’t work FOR me, they work WITH me.. life is too short for all that.”
Gage McIntosh
Chief Development Officer
Gage and Mark renovated campers into bars through Pinterest. The Dels hadn’t even come to fruition. There was no shop 7 years ago, just a shed and Mark’s backyard. The journey from the backyard to now has been nothing short of surreal. Gage has been with us from the very beginning and has a passion for supporting young people pursuing trade careers. We now offer The McIntosh Trades Scholarship to students attending Missouri State University - West Plains
Hannah Thaxton
Operations Manager
Hannah manages our company’s growth trajectory, day to day ins and outs, 18 full time employees, all 312 of our current tenants, and still finds time to think of new and innovative ways to reach out and highlight not only our Mountain Home community but other communities we have a presence in. Hannah is a steward for kindness, heart, and loyalty. We are so so lucky to have her on our team, she is the glue to this whole operation!
